PARKING INFORMATION & RULES

Everyone using the facility and grounds are expected to keep & leave the area clean. Failure to

observe the rules may result in an Event Committee Hearing.

• All parking is a privilege extended by the Spokane Kennel Club & Coeur d'Alene Dog
Fanciers and the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center. They reserve the right to withdraw this
privilege from any person or persons who uses abusive language, argues with parking
personnel, or attempts to circumvent the rules & regulations. All Parking is at your own risk.
The show-giving club & the EXPO Center assume no responsibility or liability for damages or
loss to any vehicle or its cargo.

• All parking at Expo must be in a lined space or you will be ticketed/towed. All parking in
private commercial lots across from Fairgrounds WILL result in immediate towing!

• Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in any landscaped area at the EXPO Center – you can use the lawn
areas and MUST pick-up after your dog(s). Failure to observe the rules may result in an Event
Committee Hearing. Everyone using this facility is expected to keep and leave the area clean.

• Handicap parking (with a valid permit) is available for both the general & reserved parking
areas.

• All overnight parking units must be self-contained. No dumping of gray water or sewage.

• There will be no access to ANY building from 7:00 pm until 6:00 am. See general information
for hours individual buildings will be open.

• All vehicles must vacate the premises no later than one hour following Best in Show on
Monday. No overnight parking on Monday unless you've received permission from
the show committee and NW Dog Show Parking.

• General parking is available daily at $10.00 per day or you may purchase a weekend pass for
all 4-Days (Fri-Mon) for $40.00 — CASH ONLY — Be Prepared! Enter at the MAIN GATE ONLY.

• NO EXERCISE PENS, GROOMING, OR OVERNIGHT PARKING IN DAY PARKING AREA.
NO exceptions. Anyone that is caught doing so will be asked to leave the show and may be
subject to be towed. Security will be on-site so please do not violate these rules.

 
LOADING AND UNLOADING

 

• A supervised loading and unloading area close to the grooming area (WEST SIDE of Main Exhibit
building) will be available. A 20-minute time limit per vehicle will be enforced to maximize
access to this area. Follow the signs to load and unload, return to the DAY PARKING area at the
Main Gate off of Havana.

• Unloading will begin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2025. Please refer to the grooming
information provided in this premium list for further information on access times.

• NO parking in Loading & Unloading area - violators will be towed.

• NO parking in the lower south lots outside of the Purple / Yellow Gates - violators will be towed.

• NO X-pens, Grooming, or Overnight Parking in any parking lots - violators will be towed and
possibly face an Event Committee Hearing.
